Rare BELL TELEPHONE Co 2” Brass Telephone Pole Marker Plate Badge

I believe this is an ID plate for marking Bell Telephone poles. I found it in the wild and did not remove it from a pole so I am not 100% sure that it came from a pole. It appears to be the Bell Telephone logo and it has some numbers and letters that could be used for identification and two holes that would work for mounting. Could also be used as a keychain. It has some minor scratches on the face. I have not tried to clean it polish it. I believe it to be brass. It is not attracted to a magnet. Please see my pictures and contact me with any questions.
