Overall excellent condition. Wall hanging area has a small tear/opening on front - doesn't mar function (see pictures). Was displayed for years and then stored for years. Has minimal surface wear/discolor and looks extremely nice.  Back shows tiny bit of discolor througout as shown in pictures.

Look closely at spellings on name of candies/stores. Some are mis-spelled - such as 'Ohocolates' and 'Fic Bars' and a few others.
