Offered for your consideration is this Set of 4 Matching Antique Cast Iron Bathtub Feet. They all carry an embossed C on the inside surface so my first guess is Crane. They are 6-1/2" tall x 4-1/4" wide at widest part of flat top x 3-5/8" deep with the mounting arm / flange where the corner of the tub rests. These feet are quite clean & have a smooth old feel to them.  Weighing in at just under 9 lbs for the set I presume the most economical shipping method will be a medium flat rate box but I will supply a few options for you.
