Exact age is unknown. 

Condition wise - Has some smearing of Chinese symbols on left hand side. Is hand painted so perhaps got wet/ damp or was smudges at time of production. Very attractive design nonetheless. On the back has had some repair of paper part of fan where it had torn - photos to show but not visible from front. Small tear at edge but I could only notice when turned around (back showing - photo to show). Some wear to wooden parts has a dark red lacquered finish which has worn of in places - please see all photos.
