This is a listing for a colorful translucent Petrified Wood limb casting from Yellow Cat Utah. It measures approximately 3" x 2 " x 1 1/2" and weighs 3/4 lbs.
This incredible petrified wood limb casting specimen has vivid colors of wisps of red, orange, and yellow and splashes with smoky or morion quartz weave throughout this specimen.
Quartz bugs and Inclusions are clearly visible on and in this translucent specimen.
It was heated and soaked in mineral oil to give it a polished like gloss. It has been drying since December 2023 so the oil will not come off.
It will stand out as a showpiece in any collection.
The colors can not be adequately photographed to give an appropriate appreciation of how striking they are. I offer a refund if not as described.
