This item includes the universal adapter (the two side panels that attach to most coat types) as well as the softshell extender in the middle that has the removable polar fleece as well as a cinch strap. Fits most sizes of pregnancy - for example it easily fit a 5'10" person who started as a size 14 in pants and gained ~70lb of rather large belly, easily, across trimesters. The adapters can be used on their own to expand a jacket slightly in early pregnancy, and the insert can be zipped in during third trimester (can also be used to expand a jacket for babywearing during postpartum).
