Vintage K O Japan tin wind up "Billy" The Ball Blowing Magic Whale wind up tin toy with the box. Billy is in good condition for it's age with some light wear and a few scratches here and there. Pretty clean over all and the blow spout has some bends. The wind up works good and the magic whale moves along while a gentle puff of air moves the ball slightly. The ball does not go up off the spout. A great little character tin toy and nice displaying piece. Billy is about 6.25". Great color and graphics as well. Box is in decent to ok condition with age and wear and has a some staining. Still a neat and legible box with good subject matter.
