1-of-1 custom 2021 Nike Waffle Trainer 2 SP in very good vintage condition, with no flaws anywhere. Brand-new replacement insoles.
These were a custom job where I tried to make them black and blue (they were originally red and blue), but while I was dyeing the red suede overlays a little bit bled onto the blue and then when I tried to clean it off, it just ran everywhere... Short story is, they were just easier to leave as you see. Unintentional, but a really sweet colourway, nonetheless.
The suede is darker at the heels and is pretty hardened due to the cleaning process. The other suede parts I've brushed and are OK. Not as soft as new, but no bothers on them. The nylon is perfect, as are the Swooshed and heeltabs, but the tongue tabs got really stained in the undyeing process, so I pulled some more colour-matching ones from an old pair of Blazers. I hand-stitched them on, so it looks a little untidy from behind, but literally no one will ever see this.
Again, all of this makes these 100% the only pair of these in existence, so if your thing is uniqueness, look no further.
Identical to the 1979 version in spec, with all nylon and suede uppers, synthetic leather Swooshes and heeltabs, and classic Waffle outsole.
