This is a sturdy little antique stool. I have not found any cracks or repairs. It has been upholstered with at least 2 layers of fabric that I have not removed. I'm not sure what's under there. If you would prefer I can take that off and show you pictures of what we find but I normally just leave older items as I've found them. It screws and unscrews easily and everything is firm. Please review the pictures to best determine the condition further and feel free to ask any questions!
