Goof Troop was about Goofy as a single father to Max. It ran from 1992-1993, and had a Christmas Special and two follow-up films!  This is from Episode 65, "Gunfight at the Okie-Dokie Corral Episode, where cowboy Goofy is in a trough with a book (around the 13:47 mark).  The drawing measures approximately 10 5/8" x 12 5/8"

This was hand-drawn by an animator at Disney. And matches a moment on screen!
