Beautiful vintage coffee set made from porcelain in Bavaria. Heavily gilded, it’s mostly gold in colour but with a delightful painted cameo of two lovers in a garden on the coffee pot, the cream jug etc. I estimate this dates from the 1950’s but I’m unable to determine the manufacturer. The printed mark underneath features a crown and the capital letters L and R either side of the crown. Also marked Bavarian so I can be sure of that anyway!😆

The set comprises of a coffee pot, a creamer, a lidded sucrier, six demitasse cups and six saucers. Measurements are as follows

Coffee pot - 7.5” high to top of finial by 6.75” wide including handle and spout (19cm by 17cm)

Creamer - 3.25” at highest by 3.75” including handle and spout (8.25cm by 9.5cm)

Sucrier - 4.75” high to top of finial by 5” wide including the handles (12cm by 12.5cm)

Demitasse cups - 1.75” high by 3..5” wide including handle (4.5cm by 9cm)

Saucers - 4.5” diameter (11.5cm)

All in very good vintage condition, no chips or cracks. There is some wear to the gilding on the saucers which is to be expected. I have shown this in the pictures.
