FACTS

( 1 ) THEY WERE MADE IN 2002 AND THE RACED VERSION WAS THE LAST PRODUCTION FOR THAT YEAR

( 2 ) Hot Wheels No longer has the licensing rights with Ferrari the contract was ended in 2014

( 3 ) For some unexplained reasons the majority of the race version were sent to the international market that is why a lot of them are being sold by international sellers / Dealers  I don't claim to know it all but when it comes to Ferrari/Hot Wheels I know enough
