Vintage MACKENZIE-CHILDS Large 10.5" Square Torquay Check Cork-Back Tile Trivet

 Rare vintage Mackenzie-Childs large-sized counter-top or dining table serving trivet.

Measuring a total of 10.5" X 10.5" square, it is made of a mounted 8" X 8" ceramic

tile onto a wooden frame/border with an antique gold finish and protective cork

backing. Tile pattern has been described as "Courtly Check" as well as "Torquay

Rose". This is a substantial, relatively heavy piece. Overall in excellent and

clean vintage, pre-owned condition. Only issue found is a surface scuff mark

on one of the black checks as shown in close-up in the last photo.
