Displayed colors may vary. In addition, not all specimens always look exactly the same and therefore small deviations of the patterns and colors are possible. All insects are prepared by our own entomologists.  The specimens are placed in a shadow box style frame, suspended in a transparent elastic film that can be seen on both sides without obstruction.
This can be opened but I advise you not to do so as the specimen or the elasticity strip can easily be damaged when you open the screen.
If the elasticity strip in your screen starts to stick together or there are some bubbles in it, you can open the box very slowly so that the elasticity stripreleases from both sides and close it very slowly then the problem will be solved.
