A reduction in air freight capacity and restrictions on domestic flights has meant that there is currently up to a five-day delay on domestic parcel post articles. As people have moved to purchasing online there has been a marked increased in the volume of parcels and in some instances these articles are attracting less scan updates and we have implemented health & safety measures across our facilities. These include less sortation staff on-site and minimization of face-to-face contact (this can affect scanning of articles also).
