Note:

1. The maximum pressure of the input high‑pressure gas should not exceed 7bar (1000psi), and the working pressure of the glue machine should not exceed 5.5bar (78psi). If the working pressure is above 4bar, please use aluminum alloy connectors instead.
2. If possible, the glue used should be stored at a constant temperature of 5℃ to ensure that the depth does not change greatly during use and to avoid excessive concentration, which may cause difficulty in and cannot be dripped. When using, it must be diluted according to the manufacturer's instructions before use.
3. The rubber material must be fully stirred evenly before work to ensure the same amount of dripping
4. When working in AUTO state, it is generally appropriate to adjust the air pressure inside the machine at 1‑2.7bar (15‑40psi).
5. When working in AUTO state, according to the actual situation, timely remove the glue staying at the needle nozzle. After these rubbers are cured, it will cause the needle to discharge and reverse pumping will not work.
6. In the AUTO state, the strength of the vacuum tube's return air is not the bigger the better, but it is adjusted to the appropriate position according to the air pressure, the working cycle, the size of the drip, etc. If the amount of air return is too large, it will overturn the piston and destroy the normal jobs
7. At the end of the work, the syringe must be cleaned in time, otherwise, it will be very difficult to disassemble the syringe after the rubber is cured. Generally, the cleaning method of rubber material is simple. Put the relevant parts in the water of the wiper for 5‑10 minutes, and the rubber material can be easily removed.
