The Siemon box is distressed with a tear in it, but the panel and jacks are unused. There is a slight chipping of the paint on the lower left corner of the panel, as seen in the pictures. One bag of termination caps has been opened, but all the caps are still in the bag. The panel is unused, but has been discounted substantially due to these minor flaws.
