GORGEOUS DESIGNER PEIGNOIR SET

This is a very classy full length gown and matching robe by the late designer Oscar de la Renta.
It is made from a soft, super-slinky satin with an unusual border print. In the background is a floral print in shades of light pink and this becomes a trellis pattern at the bottom. On top there are little jewel motifs in deep pink and silver grey, just a few at the top with more further down together with larger jewels - see photos.
The gown is an elegant, classic style and easy to wear, with a flattering V neckline featuring stylish stitched pleats. The back is cut in a similar 'V' and the gown flares gently down to the hem. There are knee-high walking slits at each side.
The matching robe is an edge-to-edge style and comes to just above the knee. It has wide 3/4 sleeves and ties at the waist with stitched pleats at each side to match the gown perfectly.
Size notes: the gown is labelled Medium and suits about 34-38"-ish bust. It is 53" from shoulder to hem. The robe is labelled XS/S but is actually a similar size to the gown - measured flat it's about 40" at bust level so it suits 34-38"-ish bust too. It is 33" long.
The set is in excellent condition with crisp, original inner labels - it looks brand new! It has been laundered for freshness.
A beautiful peignoir set - tasteful, flattering, and very Oscar! Recommended.
