Indoor climate
Your instrument reacts sensitively to climate fluctuations, temperature differences, excessive dryness or humidity. The relative humidity in the installation room must be between 40% and 60%. We would be happy to advise you on air humidification and dehumidification options.
The best place
Under no circumstances should your instrument be exposed to direct heat radiation from a heater. The sun must not shine directly on the instrument and neither an outside door nor a window must open towards the instrument. Under no circumstances should the instrument be placed on underfloor heating unless protective measures have been taken by a specialist and their effectiveness is checked regularly.
Care
A slightly damp chamois leather or microfiber cloth is sufficient for cleaning. an antistatic feather duster.
Instruments that are used professionally or have unfavorable climatic conditions may require multiple service visits.
Asserting warranty claims
Guarantee claims must be made to the guarantor in writing, stating the reasons, a description of the purchased item and the defect as well as the date of purchase and invoice number; email is sufficient.
No restriction on the buyer's legal rights
