Brand new, completely sealed. Batteries do not work - as you can squeeze the paw to play - which it does not. Takes 3 AA batteries & a 9V battery. Includes the cat, jewelry box, cd & brush. 2004 vintage toy. Cat about 12” without the tail. Box has some damage as shown in the various photos - still pretty in tact. This damage includes the cardboard tap ripped on front and some crushing/creases. Please see photos. Ask questions if needed. Thank you
