Pipe dimensions:
Inlet pipes manifold : 43X30MM.
Outlet pipes after the catalysts : 50MM

Please note: The system is not E-marked!. Pipes from the catalyst to the rear silencer is not included, we recommend Eisenmann soundrohr which we also have in our range of parts.
IMPORTANT: Don´t try to lengthen the lambda probes wires, it is not necessary if you take them out of the holders, and place them behind the engine over the transmission! Please note in order to make the system fit on 6 speed models/ Automatic - the catalysts has to be moved more to the rear in order to create space for the longer transmission, the pipes for the lenghtning is not included in the kit. You will also need to fit new Lamda probes after the catalyst, since the original will be too short in wiring

Please cut the hanging for the middle section rubber mounting of the original system - and weld it on the high flow system - in order to install the original rubber mountings again.
To create more space between the plate and the bottom of the car - place 4 nuts between the plate and the bottom of the car. Original there is 2 plates under the car --- but after installing our system there will only be one. Please contact us if you have problems!

The system includes a adapter-set inclusive Y-piece for models with only one pipe to the rear silencer! if you have a 2 pipe system you wont need

Complete set inclusive 300cell Euro3D4 metal sport catalysts! Some adjustments and modifications will be necessary in order to install the system!

This is one of the most effective ways to gain more power on a 6cyl. E46 Model. This manifold inclusive a sport endmuffler increases the power on a E46 330I. On our test 330I it got approximately +20HP, and got the max torque up with additional 37NM!. The system makes the car louder, so we recommend to install a sport endmuffler that isn´t too loud!

Please note: The system has no E-mark or TÜV approval and is therefore not streelegal and should only be used on racetracks!.

Attention, there is a dentation in 1 manifold, made so the manifold will fit, and not hit the gearbox! Please this is not a plug & play system expect that modifications and corrections are required.

(Please note: Mark each lambda probe before taking them out of the original system - they must be installed in the same position front/rear etc. afterwards - the lamda probes must NOT be cut or lenghtend) The system doesn´t have an E-mark approval. Custom modifications and adjustments must be expected when installing this system.

We recommend to use these stud bolts 11-12-7-593-376 because they have a torx head which makes the installation easier.
