Here we have a very cool block neck 335 from 1963! This cherry finish guitar is serial number 147426 and features a bigsby tremolo and dual patent number pickups. It is all original with no breaks and no issues, and weighs in at 8 lbs 15 oz.

The guitar is in great shape overall. The early patent number pickups are similar to late PAFs and sound sweetly harmonic. The bigsby, ABR-1, and pickup covers all show light wear, but are in-tact original pieces. The Kluson double ring tuners are also original and function well. The guitar has wear and finish marks on the back of the neck, and the headstock shows some light finish wear at the edges. The body is fairly clean with light dings and scratches present. The cherry red lacquer is still quite glossy and vibrant, and shows checking over most of its surface.

The guitar feels great navigating up and down the neck. It responds well under the picking hand and is quite loud and resonant acoustically. The neck is a bit fuller than the slimmest of early 60s necks, measuring .80" at the first fret to .99" at the twelfth fret, tapering to a nice rounded C with a full shoulder at the body joint. The original frets are low but function just fine.

Overall this is a great addition to any vintage player's collection. Ships in the original black tolex case.
