One (1) vintage Lesney Matchbox, #21d Foden Concrete Truck issued May, 1968. Michael J. Stannard 1953-1969 Matchbox 1-75 Collectors' Catalogue (1985 ed.) casting code 3, showing yellow cab and barrel, red chassis, black plastic wheels. A ring and ring gear arrangement, driven by the second axle, rotates the drum when operated on a suitable surface. Very clever.
