Used and in pretty good condition with some scuff marks on the wheels and other signs of use and age. The wheels work well and turn smoothly and quietly. Looks like it's missing two blocks. Will be shipped as shown in the last two pictures, with the screws removed from the top bar to reduce on shipping cost.
