Vintage small white floral covered hat circa 1950s early 60s.  The hat has a high crown and turned up short brim.  The brim has a trim of olive green velvet.  

The base of the hat is a stiffened net.  There is an olive green grosgrain ribbon trim around the opening, and also an olive green velvet ribbon trim.  The opening measures 21 inches.  Height of crown is 5 inches and the brim measures 2 1/2 inches.  

Condition is GOOD.
