Vintage 60s or early 70s long green high waisted dress.  The dress has ivory colored wide lace trimmed collar and button cuffs.

There is a wide waistband with ties and a back nylon zipper.  Fabric feels like a textured polyester blend.

LENGTH - SHOULDER TO WAIST - 14 1/2", WAIST TO HEM - 38 1/2"

SLEEVE LENGTH - 23"

CONDITION - FAIR - There is some discoloration on the dress, mostly on the sleeves and some light stains on the collar and cuffs.
