Lovely black taffeta 1900’s Edwardian skirt. Beautiful design on both hips ruching and buttons. Very strong skirt, closes with hook and eye and snaps. Too small for my dressform, the cummerbund belt does not completely unhook from skirt , but allows a few more inches at waist to be able to pull on up over hips. Boning in belt. Did not see a lot of use.
