A nicely detailed vintage 800 silver charm pendant of an Egyptian vulture.

In Egyptian mythology, the goddesses Nehkbet 
and Mut were often represented as vultures. 

Mut was a symbol of motherhood, Egyptian royalty, rebirth and purification. 


Nekhbet was the protector of pharaohs and queens, as well as 

of children, pregnant people, and the dead.
