Natural and untreated bi color Tourmaline gemstone originating from Brazil. This weighs 6.30 CTS and has been cut and faceted into an emerald shape. The measurements are approximately 12.0 x 9.1 x 5.6 mm.

The coloring on this piece is highly interesting and is split between red and deep pink tones. This gives a rubellite appearance and is much different than the more common multi color varieties found in green /pink /gold shades. The optical effects are very desirable and exhibits a strong shimmering effect and internal glow.

As typical with large bi colors of this variety, there is visible internal inclusions and cannot be considered flawless. There is no discernable damage or chips and is in excellent condition.
