This acrylic painting on canvas is made by D. Virbickas. It shows a city fragment during the rain. In the centre of the painting you can see a straight street with upcoming cars surrounded by tall buildings. On the both sidewalks viewer can see people figures and on the left there is a small cafe tent. In the middle of painting woman with umbrella is about to cross the street. The colours are vivid therefore the contract of warm and cold colours smoothly blends together. Even if rain itself isn't visible in the painting, small details give it away. At the bottom section of the painting colours contrast and layered paint brush create the imagine of reflection of the environment lights. Moreover, this also makes vertical movement in the painting. Overall, the atmosphere is peaceful, realistic and flowy.

The size of the painting is 12 x 16 inches (30 x 40 cm.), done on canvas with acrylic paint (without underframe). If needed, you can order so that canvas would be pull on underframe; frame the painting.
