Shipping:
  • If you receive a damaged item, PLEASE contact us BEFORE opening a return. Almost all items are shipped fully insured against damage. We would need proof of damage (photo of item), before giving a full refund of your purchase price and shipping. Once verified, we will refund you without the need to return the item.
  • As of this time ALL international shipments will ship via eBays international shipping program.
  • We will offer FREE local pickup in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland - Akron). Ask for a revised invoice before paying.  
  • Returns: All items are offered in "as is" condition. We make every effort to be accurate in our descriptions of the items listed. We will detail any known issues and will have as many clear and detailed pictures as possible. Feel free to ask questions on anything you are not sure of. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. HOWEVER, we may not refund a return unless you contact us first.
