Boy Scouts Association in Picture and Story My record book 1938. Some Issues.

The binding is sound but the boards are a little warped.  There is a small amount of writing on a few pages.  The bottom right corner is a bit bashed and the lower inside front cover is a little stained.  Otherwise a fantastic historical resource.
