- For your consideration is an exquisitely carved exotic wood box
- Deep and meticulously rendered high relief floral decoration in traditional Kashmiri style
- Warm cinnamon / chestnut color
- Zig-zagged inner border
- Possibly for cards or cigarettes, judging by the divider, but it will make a great trinkets or jewelry box as well
- Indo-British from the Raj period
- Circa early 20th century
- Measurements: Approximately 8" x 5" x 2.25"
- It weighs 1 lb. 3 oz.
- Condition: Very Good overall. Please see photos. Great warm wood patina developed over time. All original.
