Ultra-rare 2004 Air Classic/Max BW USA in excellent vintage condition without OG box, but a replacement UK11 ACBW box from that era is is included. Unwearable due to age, but no cracks on the midsoles, somehow, and no separation. Bubbles have
fogged, but are fully inflated, still. Outsoles show nipples and insole logos are mostly intsact, so these have barely been worn and would make a really great sole-swap.
Again, these will crack if worn, so these shoes are
really
only suitable for collection or re-soling. Uppers are in great
shape, showing only light discolouration on the Swooshes, see last two side-by-side shots. Seems the left has discoloured more.
First reissue of the classic 1996 Air Classic BW that released to coincide with the USA's Track and Field collection for Atlanta '96. Uppers are a mix of mesh, durabuck and synthetic leather with rubber Air Max logo on Swoosh strip and tongue and heel USA logos. Definitely a lot closer to the OG than the 2016 version, utilising the OG materials, white tongue lining/black insoles, and OG tongue logo that was changed for the 2016 retro.
Again, as they were made almost 20 years ago I cannot guarantee wearability. I cannot be held liable for damage incurred from wear, but there are no midsoles cracks, no separation, and both bubbles still firm. Only look to have been worn once or twice, uppers look new, really. I just cleaned these inside and out, with insoles machine washed, so are super fresh and ready to go.
