We bought the van, as a van and completed the conversion ourselves.
The conversion consists of:

The sale also includes an outdoor revolution awning and full set of thermal window blinds (example shown in pictures)
The van has cover 102k miles but this will increase slightly, as still in daily use.
The van is mot’d till February next year and I performed a self service August time, using top brand parts. The service included: oil change, oil and fuel filter replacement, air and pollen filter all of which I have the receipts for.
The van has also had a new mains battery, new glow plugs, new anti roll bar link, new gear selector cable and new hand brake cable.
Bad bits:
The van has a slight scuff on the drivers side mirror and a slight indented scuff on the passenger side rear quarter wheel arch.
One of the 6 overhead led lights needs replacing. These can be found on eBay cheap enough and just clip into a junction box above the ply line.
The radio although works, needs replacing.
When we bought the van, I had a self belief that it seemed a little sluggish starting on a cold start. As above, I have replaced the glow plugs, checked all the leads, replaced the mains battery, had multiple opinions, as well as mot to find nothing wrong with it. The van starts every time at the turn of a key and we drive it in full confidence from one end of the county to the other, without never missing a beat.
Overall the van is in great condition for 15 years old. I have tried to be as honest as I can and welcome any viewing or inspections.
