Beautiful silk embroidery picture of a pagoda on a lake, surrounded by trees. Signed in the bottom right hand corner but, sadly, I can’t read Chinese! The skill and patience needed to execute this gorgeous scene, well, frankly it blows me away! The details such as a tiny chain stitch executing the rails around the balcony’s. Silver thread woven lightly in to provide highlights. Words can’t do it justice really, you need to study the photos.

In my opinion, it’s in excellent vintage condition but please view the pictures carefully and satisfy yourself as to appearance and condition.

Measurements are approximately 20.5” by just over 16” (52cm by 41cm)
