then an additional fee of 5 dollars is charged for handling fees in Thailand, the 5 dollars can be sent via paypal or payoneer
if sending with the aim of a transshipper that can transhit Thailand, for example wong vue and julie tran with destinations in the USA
SHIPPING USING TRANSHIPPER SERVICE ONLY
By the LAW all live animals entering any country MUST come through a Licensed Import Agent ( Transhipper ). So fish will ship and arrive to AIRPORT ( Not direct to customer adress ). and its MUST be CLEARED by custom and INSPECTED by the Dept of fish & Wildlife.
Transhipper will handle all of the process so fish can enter to buyer country legally. So there will be any EXTRA SHIPPING FEE ( Domestic Delivery and import fee ) and need pay direct to Transhipper in customer country to forward the fish to customer address.
EXTRA SHIPPING FEE
We are no combine shipping for export process from Indonesia to customer airport because the shipping rate is by fish bag and weight of each fish and its flat $5 each fish ( NON-REFUNDABLE ) for betta/guppy that need pay together with the fish price to ebay. But after fish arrive to transhipper hands, they can do combine shipping for domestic shipping to customer adress.
FOR AMERICAN(U.S) COUNTRY CUSTOMER
If customer live close to transhipper and possible to self pick up, customer can self pick to transhipper adress with pay import fee only $5 each fish. but if need ship the fish to customer adress transhipper will charge for the shipping fee. Customer will be charge by transhipper total $23 - $27 approximately for one fish and + $3 each fish for other additional fish. Its include Insulation box, USPS Fee and import fee, if customer weather cold, transhipper can adding heatpack and will charge $3 / heatpack.
( USPS PRIORITY MAIL 2-4 Days Delivery )
This shipping rate depend on transhipper that customer use and domestic shipping service that will use. For using UPS / Fedex Overnight or 2 days delivery the charge will be different and its need check direct to transhipper. We can help customer for check with the transhipper.
FOR OTHER COUNTRY CUSTOMER
If customer in other countries please message us first, we can help give reccomend transhipper and their transhipping fee with schedule delivery.
FOR SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Shipping schedule is depend on transhipper schedule, transhipper is the one who decide the date. Normally its 1-2 times in a month / every 2 weeks. Please message us for know the fixed date schedule.
- When the schedule come, we will send the fish to INDONESIA TRANSHIPPER and they will send the fish to customer selected transhipper.
- We will update customer with the fish bag picture when fish start leaving our farm, so customers can prepare to contact their transhipper and pay transhipper domestic shipping fee before fish arrival, after that transhipper will send the fish to customer adress.
FOR FISH PICTURE AND CONDITION
THE LIGHTING WE USE HERE MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AQUARIUM SO COLOR MIGHT BE LIGHTER OR DARKER DEPEND ON LIGHTING YOU USED
~ Fish might likely arrive lacking / pale color due to stress from shipping, colors will be back to original when the fish settle down.
~ Marble / Multicolor Genes maybe change color and marking during a short period of time.
~ Avatar Copper/Gordon Genes maybe change color and marking during a short period of time.
DOA RULES
Live fish arrival guarantee ( covers cost of the fish only & shipping cost non-refundable )
- Please don't open the dead betta from the original bag, when you open it then you broke the DOA Guarantee.
- Please send the original betta bag picture that show the betta is dead to seller.
- Buyer can ask for refund fish price only. Buyer domestic shipment cost paid to transhipper and transhipping cost from Indonesia can't refund.
- Buyer can ask for replacement same or higher quality betta with paying again the transhipping cost from Indonesia to Buyer transhipper.
