In addition to being used as a driver tube plate choke, it can also be used as a 15H 70mA choke by connecting in parallel.
When I checked with an LCR measuring device, it was 68H and 72H at 100Hz.
DCR is 354Ω and 354Ω, 358Ω and 358, no problem.
