Surcharged shipping items account for the additional 40 cent surcharge USPS imposes on anythiing stiff (as in a top loader or a thicker rigid card)

Nice Card as pictured.  You are bidding on the actual card in the pictures.   Budget Shipping is via eBay Standard Envelope (plain white envelope with limited tracking).  We ship within one business day.  If you do not see your item in tracking details, it is because USPS missed the intake scan.    They may also scan the item as delivered before it is in your mailbox.   Please understand that this is a function of USPS procedures and oversight.   The items do usually eventually get delivered.  Please be sure to check your mail carefully for the #10 envelope.

You may select standard Ground Advantage Shipping for better tracking.   This will cost at least 5.15.  Crharges are based on USPS charges and eBay fees and surcharges on shipping.
