Can I play this on a MacBook / MacOS?
Answer:
Provided there is a free USB port, watching on MacOS is possible, however it is important to note that Apple’s native applications Quicktime does not like playing certain file types. Please be aware of the following limitations:
--- MKV files: Does not work with Quicktime - Use VLC Media Player for Mac.
--- MP4 files with hard-coded subtitles: Works with Quicktime.
--- MP4 files with inter-changeable soft-subtitles (.SRT): Does not work with QT - Use VLC Media Player to enable / select the subtitles.
VLC Media for Mac is a good alternative, so please be prepared to use it, or familiarise yourself with it's functionality.
We recommend VLC Media Player with Windows too, simply for better compatibility and ease of enabling / changing subtitles (where applicable). We can share a PDF tutorial with instructions on how to do this.

Will this work on old TVs?
Answer:
Please ensure the following:
A. Is there a free USB port?
B. Can the TV play MKV / MP4 video format using the h.264 codec?
C. Can the TV read .SRT subtitle files with western encoding or UTF-8?

---- If no; watching on a laptop or Android Box connected to your TV via a HDMI cable would be the workaround for you.

Question 05:
No subtitles are displayed on my TV when playing an episode, how do I enable them?
Answer:
To toggle the subtitles on or off (assuming the TV can read MP4 / .SRT files), perform the steps below:
1. Play any episode.
2. Tap the ‘Menu’ button on the TV remote (the location will vary from TV to TV) (or a 'Subtitle' button if the remote has one).
3. Select the ‘Subtitles’ option (the positioning / placement of the 'Subtitles' option will differ on the Menu from TV to TV).
4. Select the option ‘On’ or ‘Enable’ or similar to activate the subtitles.
