Although most of our jewellery is hallmarked, please note that vintage jewellery does not require a hallmark. To verify metal type and purity we test items with our metal testing machine. Photographic evidence can be provided upon request.  

-     Items are usually dispatched the same day or the next day.

 OOrders placed on Friday are sent on Monday.

-     All items are sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail.

-    After purchase, we will provide a tracking number so that you can keep track of your item.

-      Delivery is FREE

-      Orders typically under £500 are sent First Class Signed for and usually arrive next day or within two days at the most.

-      Orders typically over £500 are sent via Special Delivery – before 1pm next working day delivery guaranteed.

We accept no hassle returns within 30 days of purchase even if it is because you have changed your mind about an item. In such cases, simply start a return and select the option ‘changed my mind’.

If items are damaged or altered in any way they will not be accepted for a refund. We examine all items before sending them, however, occasionally items may get damaged on route. If items arrive damaged, please send us photographic evidence.

Returns are paid for by the buyer unless there is an error on our behalf. To ensure that we receive the item, please send returns via a secure delivery service. We can not accept responsibility for lost items.

All of our items are pre-owned, though we do our best to restore items, there may be a few light scratches or signs of wear. Where possible, all items are ultrasonically cleaned. In some cases, we may polish an item if we think it is necessary.

If we have a certificate for an item, it will be sent with the item. If you would like a certificate for an item, we can have it done locally by an independent company. This will cost around £50 to be paid for by the customer.

Insurance Valuation

Upon request, we are happy to provide an insurance valuation for all items purchased from us at no extra cost.

Ring Sizing

We offer free ring sizing up or down one size, thereafter it will cost £20 per size. Please note, some rings cannot be resized.
