Vintage Veritas Luna Brass Folding Oil Lamp with Glass Chimney - Lacemakers?

A sweet little brass oil lamp with a glass chimney.

I appears to be wall mountable and can be folded 90 degrees.

Untested hence being sold as not working.  It's just been a decorative items for many years.

It does show signs of wear & tear with some brass loss, dents, dings and nibbles to the glass chimney.

Measures approximately:

13cm Tall (without chimney)

23cm Tall (with chimney)

A bit of google research suggests that it could be referred to as a lacemakers lamp but I'm no expert - please decide for yourself.
