Sangría captures the joy of summer in Spain - colorful, full of flavor and just a bit intoxicating! What better way to serve the famous Spanish cocktail than with this bright sangría pitcher?

In the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, a potter throws these terra cotta pitchers by hand, pinching each spout. The pinched spout allows you to pour a glass of sangría without all of the fruit and ice tumbling into your glass. A handle is added, then each pitcher is decorated with a beautiful blue glaze. Once fired, they are ready to be sold.

Wash your pitcher by hand. This piece is food safe and has a lead free glaze. Do not subject to extreme temperature changes (boiling hot to freezing cold) as it may crack the pitcher.
