4 Antique Clawfoot Cast Iron Bath Tub Feet With 4 Attachment Plates Flat Surface

The legs come with Attachment Plates so they can be mount to a flat surface. When I first bought these, I wanted to put them on the bottom of an old tool chest to use as a coffee table. I didn’t think about the fact that these legs were originally designed to attach to the rounded corners of a bath tub. I’m not real bright sometimes. I had a very patient friend fabricate the plates for me and had that coffee table for 20 years.

The imperfections of these items are a characteristic of their age and usage. Two of the legs have a small hole drilled in them between the claws. I do not know why, I always assumed that the holes had to do with the original installation. Also, you can see in the pictures that all of the legs are not the same color. It looks like the original paint on 2 of them was not totally stripped off. This never bothered me.
