All cards are packaged in team bags or slab sleeves, backed by Hobby Armor branded cardboard, and sent in bubble mailers, all at no extra cost to you! We may go a little overboard on the packaging but it guarantees your order arrives in the same condition you bought it in.

If orders are in before 11:00am (Central Standard Time) each weekday, the package will go out the same day. That way, you'll get the order as fast as possible. Depending on location, actual arrival time will vary. For orders to the USA, all items must ship as small packages, which means a trip through customs, which can cause some delays. But we'll do everything in our power to get you your cards as fast as possible!

The most important thing is you get the card you want. If you purchased the item and it doesn't meet your expectations when it arrives, we'll gladly refund you and have the card shipped back to us.

We do our best to disclose damage on cards as much as possible. Keep in mind, we're not going to claim that our eye is the best in the hobby. If you missed the damage description or it doesn't live up to your expectations once it arrives, we'll gladly take returns on the product.
