Item is in good condition. The house has 2 spots where the wood is shattered and may need some sanding. (One inside & one outside - both pictured)

11 pieces of furniture are included. The bed has some slight coloring left from being colored and the sink/cabinet has one door fallen off. Also included are 9 dolls including grandpa grandma dad mom and 5 children.
