Shade is almost 8" tall by 9" in diameter and has a 7" diameter fitter ring.

There has been no real interest in the double student lamp I have had listed for months so just gonna break in down into parts.

No chips or cracks......Rough edges and a couple of nicks on inside of rim AS MADE !!!
