A: Damages can range from puncture wounds, slashes, and creasing to the point that the box itself warped, severe corner crunching. Factory Press Prints, Light Blemishing, Factory Paint issues, and other qualities aligned with manufacture are not considered damages but design flaws. we not apply these circumstances as damaged.
Q: How reliable is your pre order service?
A: Very Reliable! All products listed in our store are purchased months in advance with distribution and are released to us on a schedule basis. That being said, Funko ultimately controls and executes the release model of their products to us and delays and reschedules can happen, in which case you will be compensated or taken care of.
