Up for sale is a beautiful antique Victorian / Art Nouveau sterling silver small circular picture frame. 

The design features a ring of shamrocks / clovers / leaves with exquisite details.  

The silver hallmark includes the following elements: R&W + anchor + lion + lowercase a.

The piece was made in Birmingham, England.

The date of production is 1900.

Condition:

Sold as found: silver in good antique condition with minor age-appropriate wear and discoloration. Velvet / fabric support on back in poor-to-fair condition (structurally no issues, but velvet is mostly worn off + circular fabric is stained). There is no glass. 

The frame measures 4.25" in diamter. 

The opening is 2 5/8".
