This vintage hat has some wear from normal use. The EGA is marked SILVER. There is no maker's name. It looks to be GEMSCO. It is named to Lieutenant Colonel Noel Clinton Gregory. It is made by Berkshire and is a size 7. The smallest end of the hat label has separated. (Please see photos for more details).
